Rozanne Hawksley’s Art of Death

Rozanna Hawksley’s brilliantly eery work reminds me so much of Francis Bacon’s paintings. Their austere expression deals with aspects of the human condition, particularly death. “Rozanne Hawksley combines textiles, found objects and embroideries to create small-scale textile installations. They all pack an emotional punch, many dealing with themes of loss, isolation and the effects of war (Hawksley herself was a war-time evacuee).” READ MORE

Temperley London’s Spring 2010 Video Lookbook

In celebration of the 25 years of London Fashion Week, Temperley London partnered with NY based production studio LEGS (part of the Milk Studios) and created this 12-foot-tall Circus Zoetrope to showcased their Spring 2010 collection. It was unveiled last week during New York Fashion Week & is now in London for London Fashion week.
