For a city where ladies and gents are clad in teeny bikinis and swim trunks most of the time, the designers behind Rio’s Fall/Winter 2010 Fashion Week kept the rest of us in mind. The barely-there swimsuits last (Spring/Summer) season are swapped with darker hues, a bit more fabric, and some READ MORE

The art of remixing can be particularly controversial. Finding the perfect balance between original and re-edit in the transformation, while not taking away the distinctive spirit that makes the original track unique, is an underrated talent. Jamie T, the 24-year-old musical prodigy out of England, takes Florence + the Machine’s, ‘Rabbit Heart’ (Raise It Up), and accomplishes exactly that. Not only does he do Florence Welch’s brilliant vocals justice, but he also introduces a new energy and dimension that shines even more light on Florence and the Machine’s soulful style. Hope you appreciate this one as much as I do.

What could be the easiest way to upholster a piece of furniture? Swedish designer Gabriella Gustafson & Mattias Ståhlbom ( TAF ) took a piece of foam and wrapped it with fabric in the same way you make a parcel. The fabric looks like paper and the product becomes a gift. Simple, easy and cheap, it looks good and can give you some idea to wrap some of your furniture you are bored of…

Sometimes the shape of a present becomes more important than the actual content. In this case the inside could be whatever you wish it to be. The parcels are soft and work as modules to build different comfortable seating possibilities. When the trolley is loaded with parcels it becomes an easy chair.

I am loving the Missoni SS 2010 Campaign shot by Juergen Teller. It oozes with familial warmth that so many people can relate to. The campaign portrays the authenticity of the brand in a way that no model could ever depict. Nostalgia fills each frame, as a generational tale unveils itself to the media. Just Brilliant!

A gorgeous spread of Rihanna photographed by Craig McDean for the February W Magazine issue. Rihanna is the shit, a real artist and fashion icon, she’s sexy and her songs are good ! Not like “I wanna be Marilyn/Madonna over-styled, vulgar Miss Gaga” – Sorry but we are not too much fan of Gaga here… READ MORE
