A great visual infograph of the internet consumption in 2009 – Focus.com took a look at exactly who is using the Internet the most, how they are using it and how much the amount of usage is increasing. At a glance, we can see that there are the same number of men and women who use the Internet.
However, their age, educational background and level of income may influence how much time they spend online…. See the rest of the stats below.

Just stumbled across this while on abduzeedo, and I must say this is just beautiful. I really like the 10×10 dotted grid you used for most of the percentages (not really sure why you switched to a pie chart for the desktop/laptop stats, but it certainly still flows well). And I love how clean it is with just the dark background and white/coloured dots. I’m actually bookmarking this now for inspiration purposes, not like I’ve ever done an infographic before, but I’m starting to think I’ll try putting one together myself for a portfolio piece.
