Andrew Buckler’s F/W 10 Presentation


The Stage was set up in the middle of an empty, vast warehouse space in the west of Chelsea. The lighting was dimmed, lights pointing at the spots, where the models would shortly take their places.

After the models walked the full length of the stage, they came into a standing  position along both sides, where one could examine the clothes more closely.

Los Angeles Swaps 21 Billboards With Art


The MAK Center started a project to cover a wide area from Beverly Hills to MacArthur Park, Sunset Boulevard to the 10 freeway with 21 billboards for art ! Japayork : Our Now


Japayork is a 22-year old musician and graphic designer currently based in London but previously residing between Japan and New york (hence the name).  Apart form those talents he is also a photographer, visual artist and he has just directed and produced his first music video. He is definitely a talent to keep an eye on this year and would make Prince proud if he were to ever to hear any of his tracks.

Karen Sabag NYFW 10 [backstage]


Feminine is without doubt the first word that came to my mind after viewing the Karen Sabag F/W Show, which took place in the Altman Building in Chelsea.
The runway was generously laid out, an almost completely darkened room calmed down the buzzing crowd quickly.

Embrassing the female body by heavy fabrics, rich colors and well formed cuts seemed to be a continuous goal of this collection.
