Oh so Swedish and pretty are Lina Ekstrand’s fashion illustrations! Freelancer since ’03, her mixed-media and drawing works are “artistically and conceptually with strategic communication and focus on a strong visual language to communicate her ideas“.
Australian born photographer Sam Bisso worked with the likes of Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar as well as brands such as Escada, Levi’s and Swarovski. Bisso is definitely a photographer to keep a look out for in the future as he is bound to make his mark on the fashion circuit even more prominent.
These Tarot cards are pretty cool, especially if you are fan of the most successful and watched TV Show: LOST – The representation for each character is pretty well executed ! Designed by graphic designer Alex Griendling.

Still reeling from Coachella weekend and nursing a cold to boot, we’re gonna keep things a little simple for this week. Formed in 2007, GIRLS are from San Francisco. They’re not girls. Mostly. The band has received critical acclaim from the New York Times and Pitchfork Media as well as numerous other print and digital outlets. Their album “Album” (September 2009, True Panther Sounds) reached #136 on the Billboard 200. “Laura” is a great modern day love song pulling strong influence from the likes of the venerable Elvis Costello while still managing to stand out in it’s own right.
