Alexander McQueen’s eyewear ads are for his spring/summer 2010 are visually strong, incorporating McQueenesque patterns and skulls. Hopefully they will retain his same aesthetics for the collection as well…
Mary Iverson’s abstract geometric artworks are inspired by industrial shipping containers which she reduces into a complex network of overlapping planes and construction lines in dramatic perspective. Her oil and graphite works are often layered on top of recycled canvases through a process of adding paint and sanding down the layers.
