Peter Zimmerman’s Blob Paintings


German painter Peter Zimmerman’s Blob paintings attest to be some of his most accomplished work. Using resin and epoxy, a medium he has used since his first works, this series here proves he has mastered the control of material. Zimmerman arrives to this conceptual perfection by skilfully pouring over the surface of the canvas resin, using stencils.
