The Yoshida Brothers are a duo from Hokkaido, Japan. They specialize in playing the shamisen but are also famous for taking the traditional art of shamisen playing and adding modern touches to it. If you have never heard of the shamisen, just think of it as kind of like a Japanese banjo. Still not on the official calendar, Alexandre Vauthier presented his third collection in Paris for the Fall/Winter 2010/11. This collection is made of volume, imposing structure and fluidity with a mix of technical (neoprene, viscose) and natural (alcapa, black fur) fabrics. Perrocaliente DRESS are patterned laser engraved cutlery by Japanese artist Hiroki Yoshitomi. These patterns are very smooth and do not fade away. They are made in Niigata Japan.
