Agape Mdumulla and Sam Cotton began the brand Agi & Sam with the fundamental thought of designing for men. After years of countless menswear collections, displaying either a fear to create something different or collections which push too far and never seeing the light of day, they aim to sit firmly in the middle. With a strong emphasis on entirely bespoke print and humor they believe fashion should never be taken too seriously.

For centuries, the Congo has compelled and defied the Western imagination. Richard Mosse brings to this subject the use of a discontinued military surveillance technology, a type of color infrared film called Kodak Aerochrome. Originally developed for camouflage detection, this aerial reconnaissance film registers an invisible spectrum of infrared light, rendering the green landscape in vivid hues of lavender, crimson, and hot pink.

It’s not easy to look sleek or svelte in knitwear, but emerging London-based designer Lucas Nascimento manages to do both in his eponymous label. Since he graduated from London College of Fashion in 2008, Lucas has spent the last three years showing his pieces in Rio Fashion Week and making a name for himself in sculptural dressing and creative use of color combinations.
