Night Light is Brooklyn-based lady trio Au Revoir Simone remixed. It is the fraternal twin to their beloved original album, Still Night, Still Light, retold and mastered by Neon Indian, Jens Lekman, Dam Mantle, Montag, Aeroplane, among others. Clock Opera’s take on the dreamy pop band’s song, “Tell Me,” opens an unexplored door to their melody-packed tune. Continue Reading

Great film director David Lynch is fan (see his thoughts below) and so do we ! - Directed by Brendan Colthurst and Vikram Gandhi of DISPOSABLE, the latest music video for “Shadows” by Au Revoir Simone – Cool song and great yet simple video, Enjoy !
Au Revoire are a keyboard band consisting of three girls from Brooklyn, New York. I became a fan of theirs a few years ago after hearing their first album, “The Bird of Music”. These girls know how to rock out with the simple melodies of their one favorite instrument: the keyboard, that is. Their second album, “Still Night, Still Light”, is a real testament to their ability to make greatness out of simplicity. Jumping from dance tunes to lullabies, they have a sweetness that shows up in every track. I recently saw them at Music Hall of Williamsburg. Au Revoire Simone were happy to perform back home, and they put on an amazing show. The song ‘Take Me as I Am’ is the sweetest love song Ive heard in a long while. The track hums sweetly about destiny and acceptance of love as it is. Sigh*
