Single olive is possibly referring to Victor Feguer (1935-1963).
Third COULD be referencing Gary Gilmore (1940-1977).
Aside from that, no idea, but this is interesting. I’d love to know who else he based the meals on.

Some of the meals seem a bit too ‘strange’ to be real but I suppose death row can bring out the importance of the smallest items, even a single olive.
