Borre Akkersdijk (By Borre) is a 25 years old Paris based freelance designer. The Design Academy of Eindhoven & FIT NYC alumni had his first Paris fashion show: the First cycle last month– the story from the yarn to the show. An interesting collection with oversize knitted coats and dresses as well as duffle dresses. The show started with a stop-motion animation explaining the production process of the clothing. We had the pleasure of speaking with fashion icon Norma Kamali about how she has been doing what she does for so long, staying ahead of the curve and always paving her own path.
