Since I just finished talking about Mathew Ames, it seemed appropriate to add a source of his inspiration, that truly that has withstood all tests of time. Images from, “Irving Penn Regards the Work of Issey Miyake”, a book which was published more than a decade ago, displaying the wordless harmony of the artistic relationship between Irving Penn and Issey Miyake.

Nontraditional trained, NY born and based photographer Jesse Frohman, has a collection to die for. With two commissioned books under his belt, and photographs of so many familiar and iconic faces, its hard to say there is a favorite group, but for me his stills are my weakness. His luscious subject and brilliant compositions are not but mouth watering. A true photographic genius!
