So when I heard he had a new album out I was skeptical but when I saw the list of collaborators I decided to give it a listen. It is not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination but think of it as an indie-trance extravaganza. There are a few gems on there, one being this track in particular. He enlists the help of Canadian twins Tegan & Sara and they don’t disappoint at all. Everything on the track hits the mark, from the lyrics, the intense but calm beat to the vocal style of the twins. There are multiple layers of glass panels that are carefully layered to give that kaleidoscope effect. The yellow one is my favorite.
