Berlin based fashion label Mongrels in Common have designer a killer a/w 08 collection. Their collection combines tailored, masculine clothing with feminine twists such as pink lining and intricately ruffled dresses.
The two designers, Livia Ximenez-Carrillo and Christine Pluess, call their concept ‘mongrelism’, which sees them combine two seemingly opposite style elements, such as subdued and vibrant colours, and avant-garde design with a more casual concept. Read the full story
