Antonio Berardi S/S 2012

Fairy meets warrior in Antonio Berardi’s S/S 2012 collection. Beautifully crafted sequencing over soft flowing silks pointed loud and clear to the armour reference Berardi mentioned. It was nothing we had not seen in the past but craftsmanship of this nature always deserves to be highlighted. Read the full story

Richard Nicoll S/S 2012

Richard Nicoll’s S/S 2012 collection was feminine with a futuristic kick. Layers of silk were punctuated with hooped hems giving it that extraterrestrial touch that set his looks apart from all the other silky full length looks we have seen for S/S 2012. Read the full story

Holly Fulton has become one of my most anticipated shows for London Fashion Week. Her reoccurring signature Art Deco prints have made me yearn to see her development season after season. For S/S 2012 Holly Fulton delivered another dose of fashion euphoria. What I find so humbling about her collections is her apparent relationship to the the craft and her ability to project her sense of humor/joviality through it, while everyone else seems to take it all so seriously.
