Every season I try to redefine each fashion week by its strongest characteristics. The fashion weeks personalities rarely change but perhaps my perspective on them continues to evolve. Looking at Paris this season I would say that Paris’s personality is “Classic Remixed”. All silhouettes have a similar structural starting point but what makes the featured designer’s collections stand out is how each pulls, crops and tweaks it to express a very different aesthetic, within the variables of “Classic Remixed”. So I guess this is the second post this week about Uniqlo. They must be doing something really right for us to be so tuned in with all the exciting news they are dropping. We mentioned earlier Chloe Sevigny being the face of their new campaign, and now we are letting you know to set your calenders for the Alexander Wang countdown. Alexander Wang is the newest member of the Designers Invitation Project at Uniqlo.
