Converse concept designer, Timothy Liles, has developed this All Star espadrille exclusively for Urban Outfitters. It looks like a mix between a Tom’s and a Chinese Mao slipper, nothing really to do with an espadrille, but ok. They are cute and clever but the quality looks like a straight “C”, then again most Tom’s and shoes and others in that group are not really about quality, just a quick fix for a shoe and a replacement for a flip-flop. I guess the price point of these babies will make or break them for me, I say no more that $18, but they have not called to ask me my thoughts yet.
